EXPERIENCE
Ruth Griggs, M.B.A., RC
Communications Principal, has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications programs to
deliver quantifiable results. Ruth earned her M.B.A.
in Marketing at New York University Stern School of
Business. She brings over 30 years of experience from the client and agency side in business-to-business, consumer services
and higher education marketing from companies such as American Express, Dreyfus, Official Payments
and Queensborough Community College, a college of
The City University of New York. An expert in online and offline communications, she has developed a specialty in
delivering impactful marketing
communications through a spectrum of channels, including
traditional print, direct mail, broadcast media,
websites, online search, social media, email,
proposals, presentations and public relations. Her mission is to help
organizations improve communications, raise
awareness, increase product/service usage, reduce costs and enhance relationships with their constituents. Ruth’s
expertise also encompasses branding and graphic identity, market research, strategic marketing, and
business development.
Ruth Griggs is a
member of the 2010-2011 Who's Who in Collegiate
Faculty. She is an active community member in
western Massachusetts, serving on the Marketing
Advisory Board to the City of Springfield, Mass.
"Make It Happen" campaign, and being a member of the
Marketing Advisory Committee to the Community
Foundation of Western Mass. Ruth is currently
pursuing graduate studies in Strategic Fundraising
at Bay Path College, is a member of the Mill River
Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI)
in Easthampton, and sings with the Pioneer Valley
Symphony Chorus.
RC Communications is a member of the American
Marketing Association.
